The Trainer’s Post – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our return and refund policy below for a clear understanding of our process and guidelines.
1. General Returns & Refunds:

No Refunds on Standard Orders:
We do not offer refunds for non-damaged products. All sales are final, and once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. - Please see Section 2 for our return/refund policy on damaged/tampered/incorrect items.

Pre-Order Products:
All pre-order items are final sale. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds on pre-ordered products under any circumstances, including price fluctuations. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.- We secure your product at today's price from our suppliers, and we cannot guarantee future pricing. Pre-order sales are final, and cancellations or refunds will not be granted.
2. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, tampered or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please provide clear photographs of the item in its original packaging with the damage or error in your order for verification.
- To qualify for a refund for tampered boxes you must video the box and packs being opened. Packs MUST remain in camera view AT ALL TIMES. Video has to have a time stamp with YOUR name, and order number. This will mitigate any videos being reused.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or offering a refund.
3. Return Process:

In-Stock Items:
We accept returns of in-stock items only if the item is damaged or defective and meets the description in section 2.- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving the order.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items.
- Shipping costs for returns will be covered by The Trainer's Post and will be arranged once the return process is initiated.
- It will take 5-7 business days to process a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). -
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Chargeback Protection:
- We monitor all transactions to prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business. In the event of a chargeback, we will dispute any claims with the necessary documentation, including shipping records and communication history.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at andrew@thetrainerspost.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
